I got into animation by pure chance. Working with directors and visual effects people was bound to happen. After creating TV ads with real actors, you realise that this is a whole new ball game.
For the most part we create animated music videos because the clients want something that looks professional without paying the price of a filmed video. If you shoot a low budget video it looks low budget. But you can spend that amount on an animated one and it looks great! Animated videos and TV commercials stand out from the crowd. People talk about them. There's a whole host of reasons to choose this over a filmed video or commercial even before you think about cost.
